Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and follow up e-mail notifications. These confirmations and notifications are subject to correction prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all purchases made in the state of Florida.
For purchases in the state of Florida, we will ask you if you have a tax-exempt certificate and if the merchandise is for resale. If you answer yes, we will require a copy of your tax-exempt certificate before sending your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, money orders and Paypal. For any questions regarding your purchases on-line or on the Internet using your credit card, please call the 1-800 number on the back of your card.
As a convenience to you, gift-wrapping is optionally offered for an additional fee. Every product is gift-wrapped individually. This increases the size and weight of the final shipping package and may increase the cost of the shipment.
When returning a product, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact us to obtain a RAN and mailing address before returning the product. We are unable to accept returns without a RAN.
If you need to return a product because it was damaged in transit, do not return it. Please contact us and we will work with you to collect the insurance.
To receive a refund or credit, the products must be returned with shipping, proof-of-delivery and insurance pre-paid in the same conditions you received it and packaged in an appropriate box. You are responsible for damaged uninsured products in transit because of deficient packaging protection. Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned products.
Once we accept a product for return, we will reimburse 100% of its value. Shipping, handling and insurance charges for returned merchandise are not refunded unless the product is defective.
Shipping handling and insurance charges will not be refunded if acceptance of the merchandise is refused at time of delivery to you.
Clearance and discounted products cannot be returned. These will be clearly identified when ordering the product.
Refunds will only be made by the same method and account used when you paid.
In any case, products cannot be returned after 15 days from the date they were delivered to you.
We make every effort to inspect and pack your order in the best way possible to protect your products while they are in transit to you. Your orders will be sent insured and with proof-of-delivery. If your products are damaged in transit, do not return them. Please contact us and we will work with you to collect the insurance.
The orders for products that are in stock will be shipped within 7 business days. Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight and destination place and method of shipment.
We can ship our products internationally. The only exception is when the US law restricts commerce with the destination country. We reserve the right to reject international orders with or without a reason.
Customs clearing, duties and destination taxes are not calculated nor included in your order and they are your responsibility. Insurance will not cover loses for products not retrieved from customs. If you are buying our products to re-export them, then you are responsible for the export documentation.
We may have links to third party sites as a convenience to you. Those links will take you outside our Internet site and are not under our control; therefore, we cannot be responsible for its contents, changes or updates. Please note that their terms of service and privacy policy can be different than ours.
Intent to commit fraud, use of false identity, using buying agents and/or conducting illegal activities in this Internet site is prohibited. Tampering or trying to disable or bypass the security functions of this Internet site is also prohibited.
We may terminate your account or your use of our Internet site at anytime with or without a reason. You are liable for your placed orders or incurred charges prior to termination.
